THE MENUGUYS® concept was created in 1997 by Nikos Katsanevakis. Nikos had been national recognizes graphic designer and he tested the concept of quick-turnaround menus and restaurant promotional material and graphics.

Little did Nikos know at the time that he and THE MENUGUYS® would revolutionize the restaurant indusrty and, in fact, help create an entire new niche within the industry.
